Play as Astro Boy as you recover money stolen from Professor Ochanomizu. You can run, jump, punch enemies and you also have a limited ability to fly in the game. Your health is tracked by your level of uranium which is contantly going down and some enemies will deplete. |
|
Good | Bad | - Transition from first to second level has a sunrise effect
| - Triggering flight is difficult (jump three times while moving left or right and press up)
- One hit deaths from most things that can hurt you
- Dropped coins disappear quickly and sometimes at unexpected times
- Dark areas are an interesting effect but very annoying
- Continues require coins but coin drops are only on the first stage
- Weird health system using a finite amount of uranium
- Revives go to start of stage
- Graphics are basic and lack polish
- Short game that is lengthened by it's difficulty
- Annoying sound based puzzles

1 | Incredibly difficult frustrating game that is a major disappointment from Konami. The health system is weird and you don't feel like you are Astro Boy. |
