A multi-directional auto-scrolling shoot'em up with seven levels that allows you to shoot in eight directions while moving in a different direction. Weapon upgrades increase the strength and ability of three different weapons and you can choose which of the three weapons to upgrade on each item pickup. There are orbiting defense items and speed increases to pick up as well as boss battles at the end of each level.

Good Bad
  • Shoot in eight directions
  • Easy to change shooting direction
  • Weapon upgrades add special abilities like shooting through walls
  • Difficult but doable
  • Simple password save after each level
  • Fun boss battles
  • Lots of power ups available
  • Hidden areas
  • Four difficulty levels (one needs to be unlocked)
  • Scrolling may trap you in parts of the level
  • Significant sprite flicker

8 Although it is difficult, there is always a sense of steady progress through the levels. It might take a while to get the hang of directing your weapon and using its special abilities but it's worth getting to the end of the level to fight the various bosses.
